The Territory

At over 6000km in length, the Nile is well known for historically being the longest river on our planet. An indispensable source of water for many African countries, the Nile, a generous river, makes the area particularly suitable for cultivation, enriching the land in a natural way and making it particularly suitable for agriculture.

The particularity of its territory, influenced by the Nile and the immense Sahara desert, the sun, the dry climate with temperatures that rarely drop below 10 °, make Egypt the suitable place for the cultivation of plants with robust stems, such as the artichoke , and those who love particularly hot and arid climates, such as chillies.

From the field to product processing

The cultivation process covers the whole year, also thanks to the mite climate enjoyed by Egypt. Subjected to continuous quality controls, this process starts from the selection of the seed up to the cultivation and harvesting. Thanks to our experience we are able to carefully select the fruits already during the harvest.

The production process is one of the most delicate moments of the entire chain. Once collected, the fruit is immediately transported to the factory where it undergoes a first selection and then it is calibrated. The last phase concerns the passage into the saline solution. The product is ready to be put in the drums.

The products we deal are: Artichokes, Cherry peppers, Jalapeño peppers.
